development related to their needs and those of the school. We have developed sequential training programmes for school leaders and faculty members aimed at developing skills needed for working with students. They also take part in annual workshops and conferences delivered by leading experts in education. Instructional and leadership coaching and mentoring plays a pivotal role in professional development provision.
