The 24th Asian Physics Olympiad (APhO) was held from June 3-10, 2024, at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) on the Kampar Campus in Perak, Malaysia. Originating from the International Physics Olympiad (IPhO) in 2000 in Indonesia, APhO serves as a regional platform for students passionate about physics. The competition comprises two sections: a five-hour theoretical examination and a five-hour laboratory experiment.
This year, the event saw participation from 212 contestants representing 27 countries. Kazakhstan was represented by eight students who had won the national Physics Olympiad during this school year. Four of these students were from schools within the Bilim Group network:

- Amir Pshenbayev, an 11th grader from Astana BIL for boys.
- Nurbol Zakir, an 11th grader from Atyrau BIL for boys.
