Due to schools’ being located in all over the country, the employee transfer system is practised across the school group. This means that school leadership and faculty members could be shifted both horizontally (same position in a different organisation) and vertically (promotion) within the schools network.
Primary reasons for this practice are as follows:
With the concept of ‘lifelong learning’ in mind, we encourage our leadership teams and faculty members to engage in professional development related to their needs and those of the school. We have developed sequential training programmes for school leaders and faculty members aimed at developing skills needed for working with students
They also take part in annual workshops and conferences delivered by leading experts in education. Instructional and leadership coaching and mentoring plays a pivotal role in professional development provision. Whilst implementing our continuous professional development policy, we draw both our internal and external human resources as well as actively collaborate with the national ministry of education.
